Cancellation Policy

Evening Events: The full fee is necessary to reserve and hold a space for an evening event. If you miss the event, we do not offer refunds. However, you may transfer the entire fee, one time, to another of our classes or events, to be used within one year from the date of the event you missed. Note: you must notify us by phone or e-mail within 12 hours after the event to qualify for a transfer. Otherwise, no transfer and no refund is offered.

For classes and events with a maximum number of participants, once we have reached that limit, if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, your fee may be transferred only if we are able to fill your spot with another participant; otherwise, we offer no transfer and no refund.

For classes that require a minimum number of participants (usually four), if you cancel less than one business day in advance (office hours are Monday through Friday between 10:30 am and 6 pm), we may not offer a credit transfer, especially if the class itself gets cancelled as a result.

Half-day, Full-day and Longer Workshops: The full fee is necessary to reserve and hold a space in a half-day, full-day or longer workshop. If you cancel up to 48 hours in advance, you may transfer 80% of your payment, one time, to another of our workshops within one year from the date of your cancellation. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you may transfer 25% of your payment, one time, to a future workshop within one year from the date of your cancellation. You must notify us by phone or email within 12 hours after the event to qualify for a transfer. Otherwise, no transfer is offered.

We request that you sign up in advance for our classes and events. We require at least four people pre-registered, at least one day prior to the session in order to hold it. This also helps the presenter to better prepare for you. Thank you!
