Our Shared Agreements

These gatherings are held in a container of intention and care. When you register, you'll be invited to agree to these principles:

💛 Kindness - Communicate and act with consideration of the feelings and needs of others.

🌿 Awareness - Do your best to be present and aware of your surroundings.

🤲 Consent - Touch only with permission, be aware and responsive to changing needs.

🌸 Self-Care - Take responsibility for your own wellbeing, and speak up as needed.

A Word About the Water

Being held in warm water can be profoundly powerful. When the body arrives in deep relaxation and its normal tension patterns release, sometimes feelings, sensations, or emotions surface - and that is welcome here. WATSU® can also bring up issues around intimacy, trust, and vulnerability. This is part of the healing. You are never alone in it.

Ready to Dive In?

Come float with us. Come play. Come home to your body in the water.

We'll hold you. 🐬
